the cuckoo calls from brooklyn an immigrant who crossed the pond over 15 years ago, klaus rosburg has been a dominant force of brooklyn's vibrant design scene for over a decade. he is a principal of sonic design who cherishes the opportunity to apply his creative talent in his commercial work. his passion for form and function and all parts in between translates into an ability to meld aesthetic with functionality that has won him some of the world’s most prestigious awards such as the IDEA silver, the RedDot, and the CES innovations award. he creates solutions for anything from a ketchup bottle to a heart-pump. his german genes came through as he designed his contemporary version of the original german cuckoo clock.
